Terms of Service
Last updated: 7 September 2026
Agreement
By using kenekted.ai, joining the Circle, or using Kenekted live products PR8Y and MEDIT8TE, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Beta enrollment is also covered by Beta consent. Product sites may add extra rules; read those together with this page.
Who may use Kenekted
You must be 18 or older. Enrollment is not a promise of a seat, a price, or a launch date.
Weekly cohort, not 24/7
The controlled beta is a weekly MEDIT8TE-primary cohort enrolled at beta.html. The Join the Circle waitlist is separate interest and is not that measured cohort. It is not an always-on room and not a 24/7 service. We do not publish fake participant counts. Session times come from the shared cohort schedule. Until that schedule is publicly approved, the beta and Join pages show the weekly MEDIT8TE skeleton in Central Time, labeled as a placeholder. PR8Y remains available to explore.
Use of services
Use Kenekted lawfully and respectfully. Do not harass others, try to break into accounts or systems, scrape the service with bots, or misuse community features.
Live sessions
Live audio is streamed through Agora. Kenekted does not operate a replay library. Hosts may have an in-product recording control; that is not a Kenekted-run replay product. Features can change while we are in active development. Services are provided as-is.
Email and testimonials
Optional Kenekted email is separate from accepting these terms. We will not use your name, photo, or words in marketing unless you give a separate testimonial opt-in.
Not medical or counseling care
Kenekted, PR8Y, and MEDIT8TE are not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or medical advice.
Processors
We use GoDaddy for hosting, Supabase for live-product authentication, Brevo for email, and Agora for live audio. We do not use PostHog or Formbricks. Details, retention, and deletion are in the Privacy Policy.
