Privacy Policy

Our Commitment

kəˈnektəd (Kenekted) is committed to collecting only what we need and saying plainly what we do with it. This policy covers kenekted.ai, the Join the Circle waitlist, the dedicated controlled-beta page at beta.html, and how that information relates to live products PR8Y and MEDIT8TE. Product-specific details live on those product privacy pages. Related beta terms are on Beta consent.

Information We Collect

When you enroll on kenekted.ai we collect only:

• Email address — required, so we can record your enrollment
• Name — optional
• Path — Seeker or Creator, if you choose one
• Consent choices — age confirmation, acceptance of this policy and the terms, optional first-party analytics, and optional Kenekted email
• Technical anti-spam data — IP address and browser user agent, used to rate-limit abuse

The controlled beta also records, when you enroll there: product track (MEDIT8TE or PR8Y), IANA timezone, whether you can attend a listed session, a structured schedule-friction reason if you cannot, reminder preference, invite code, first-touch campaign fields (UTM, referring domain), consent version and timestamp, and later session metadata (join, leave, duration). We do not put your email or name in analytics event payloads, URLs, or general application logs. The joining key is a pseudonymous participant id. Creating an account is not activation. Activation means a registered participant stayed in a live session at least 5 minutes.

Acquisition and invitation links never include another participant’s email or name. We classify traffic we cannot attribute as “unknown” rather than guessing a better source.

We do not ask for phone numbers, addresses, payment cards, health details, or other extra personal information on this form.

How We Use Your Information

We use enrollment information to:

• Record that you asked to join the MEDIT8TE-primary weekly cohort (and related Kenekted notices)
• Send Kenekted email only if you opt in on the form
• Record first-party product events only if you opt in to analytics
• Protect the form from spam and abuse

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.

Consent Is Separate from Marketing

Accepting the Privacy Policy and Terms is required to enroll. That is not the same as agreeing to email. Kenekted email is an optional checkbox. First-party analytics events are a separate optional checkbox. Research interviews and testimonials are separate optional checkboxes. Unchecking optional boxes does not block enrollment. Mail from KAI is identified as coming from kai@kenekted.ai; replies may be reviewed by authorized Kenekted team members. Withdrawing marketing consent stops promotional email. It does not erase operational records we must keep to run the beta.

Testimonials

We will not use your name, photo, voice, or words in Kenekted marketing unless you give a separate opt-in for that use. Joining the cohort is not testimonial permission.

Processors We Use

These first-party service providers help us run Kenekted. We do not use PostHog or Formbricks.

• GoDaddy — website and application hosting, including the kenekted.ai enrollment database
• Supabase — account authentication for live products (PR8Y and MEDIT8TE)
• Brevo — email delivery when you have opted in, plus operational mail we need to run the service
• Agora — live audio during PR8Y and MEDIT8TE sessions

Live Audio

Sessions are live. Audio is streamed through Agora. Kenekted does not operate a replay library and is not offering a Kenekted-run recording product. If a host uses an in-product recording control, that recording is stored for that host. We will not launch Kenekted-operated session replay until a separate consented recording policy exists.

How Long We Keep Data

• Enrollment / waitlist — until you ask us to delete it, or until 24 months after the cohort you joined has ended, whichever comes first
• Beta participation and session metadata — 24 months after the cohort ends, then deleted or kept only as totals that do not identify you
• Free-text feedback — 13 months, then deleted; never used as a public quote without a separate testimonial opt-in
• Product accounts — while your account is open; we delete or anonymize within 30 days of a verified deletion request
• Optional first-party analytics events — up to 13 months, then deleted or kept only as totals that do not identify you
• Anti-spam logs — up to 90 days
• Email — until you unsubscribe or we delete your enrollment record

Data Security

We use access controls, encrypted transport, and least-privilege access to production systems. No method of storage is perfectly secure.

Your Rights

You may ask to see, correct, or delete your personal data, and you may unsubscribe from Kenekted email at any time. To delete your data, email greg@intrglobal.com or info@kenekted.ai.

Age

Kenekted enrollment and live products are for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
